Just before dusk on Saturday September 19, 2009, my wife Kathy and I visited the Point Lookout Lighthouse for the Lighthouse Challenge. We were late getting to Point Lookout. In fact, we were the last ones to sign the log for that day. I climbed the stairs to the upper part of the lighthouse and took some pictures while my wife waited on a bench outside the lighthouse. I was the only person above the ground level floor at that point. I then climbed through the entrance to the cupola and was taking more pictures. In both pictures, a man's face is clearly distinguishable. The image appears to have some sort of facial hair and glasses or goggles (or some something on his eyes.) I was not wearing glasses. The image is definitely not my reflection. My family has taken an interest in the pictures and we did some research on the internet. We thought there is a possibility that the image could be that of William Yeatman, a lighthouse keeper who died at the light house after serving 37 years as keeper.
